Michael Cougar
A holistic approach to the practice of the law means that I look to serve your best interests. When you come into my office we will discuss the nature of your legal matter, but we will also try to determine whether an aggressive litigious stance or an alternative approach will be the most effective for you.
Often clients feel that lawyers are willing to sacrifice their clients' best interests in order to obtain the quickest resolution of a case. As a result of this hasty legal approach, clients often face recurring legal problems and increased expenses. When we work to find the best solution for you, I take a long term approach to ensure that the outcome is beneficial and lasting.
Working with the Law Offices of Michael Cougar will not only provide you with more options, but you will also be working with an capable and talented attorney. I have been practicing law for over 20 years. My background includes work as a criminal defense lawyer, a family law attorney, and extensive experience in bankruptcy, litigation, and real estate transactions.

In addition to my legal experience, I have a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and Ph. D. in Transpersonal Psychology, both being clinical degrees.
